Prior to becoming one of the most sought after Life Coaches in the world...
Graduating from Chapman University's Argyros School of Business in 2009, Wes decided to take his work-ethic and fierce dedication that earned him College Football Hall of Fame Honors to the city of Los Angeles.
Wes spent 2 seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers D-League team the D-Fenders, working closely with VP of Business Operations Michael Harris, which was the opportunity of a lifetime. After his second season, he felt a strong attraction to the city of Beverly Hills and the potential opportunities it presented given the real estate knowledge he had acquired through his father. After several offers from competing brokerages, Wes decided to select Hilton & Hyland as his preferred boutique brokerage ran by Jeff Hyland and Rick Hilton. Teaming up with close friends Josh and Matt Altman of The Altman Brothers, he quickly became one of the most successful and well respected agents in Beverly Hills, helping The Altman Brothers rank in the top 30 Nationwide. His success and charisma quickly landed him several appearances on the hit Bravo Television Show: Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.
With his creativity and entrepreneurial spirit Wes collaborated with fellow agent Eric Simon to co-create a blog and social media domains that addressed the comedic satire in the real estate Industry, called "The Broke Agent." Within a matter of months, their social media accounts and blog became viral within the industry, with over 100,000 real estate professionals engaging daily. It was within this time frame that Wes became one of the most distinguished digital marketing experts in the world, helping companies manifest and implement custom digital strategies. His deep understanding of online consumer behavior and psychology landed him the illustrious award of Swanepoel Top 20 Real Estate Influencer in the World. Helping Agent's and Brokerages bring their offline businesses online while maintaining their unique voice was one of the most fulfilling endeavors for Wes.
In late spring of 2016, he decided it was time for him to leave The Broke Agent and focus primarily on digital marketing consultation. As more free time became available he was able to reflect on his 5 years up in the high energy city of Los Angeles and observe his experience from a different perspective. There was no better place for deep reflection and meditation than down the 5 South Freeway back home in Encinitas, California. Just before his 30th birthday a profound experience took place that completely shifted his level of consciousness and self understanding. It was this journey inward that led him to truths he had been seeking his entire life and was the inspiration for establishing his own private practice.
